By accessing or using GoToolstack (gotoolstack.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of Services & Free Access

GoToolstack provides a suite of 140+ online productivity, financial, developer, media, PDF, and daily utility tools. All tools execute directly in the user's browser client without server-side processing. The platform is provided completely free of charge and does not require account registration or credit card billing.

3. Important Disclaimers (Financial, Tax, Legal & Health)

Financial & Mortgage Tools: All loan calculators, mortgage amortization tables, compound interest charts, tax estimators, VAT calculators, and investment analytics are provided for informational, educational, and preliminary estimation purposes only. They do not constitute formal financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or licensed financial advisor before entering into binding financial contracts.

Health & Wellness Tools: BMR, TDEE, body fat, and calorie expenditure calculators provide mathematical estimates based on generalized statistical formulas. They are not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a physician or registered dietitian.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use GoToolstack only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

Use the service in any way that violates applicable national, federal, state, or international laws or regulations.
Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security or authentication measures of the platform or hosting infrastructure.
Conduct automated scraping, denial of service (DoS) attacks, or excessive automated requests intended to impair system availability.
Circumvent or tamper with client-side security sandboxes, ad verification systems, or copyright protections.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Provision)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOTOOLSTACK AND ALL ASSOCIATED TOOLS, CODE, CALCULATIONS, SCRIPTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOTOOLSTACK, ITS CREATOR (BURAK AKIN), OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The GoToolstack brand, original source code, graphic designs, icons, color palettes, and textual knowledge guides are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Open-source libraries utilized by the platform (such as pdf-lib, jspdf) remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders under their respective licenses.

8. Advertisements & External Links

GoToolstack may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain links to external third-party websites. GoToolstack has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content or privacy policies of third-party websites.
